To begin your booking, please email us at larkaffairs@larkaffairs.com with the following information:

  • Preferred event date and desired time

  • The package you're interested in

  • Your event location

  • The occasion you're celebrating

  • Estimated number of guests (up to 8)

  • Any add-on’s you'd like to include, such as a fresh bouquet of flowers, rose petals, extra candles or other personalized touches

  • Any questions, special requests, or inspiration you'd like to share

Once we receive your inquiry, we'll respond within 24 hours to confirm availability, answer your questions, and work with you to create the perfect experience.

Service Area

Lark Affairs proudly serves clients within a 50-mile radius of Anoka, Minnesota (55303).

To ensure we can provide the highest level of service and quality, we are unable to accommodate bookings outside of this service area at this time.

Booking & Payment

A 50% booking deposit is required to reserve your event date. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The remaining 50% balance is due 3 days prior to your scheduled event.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change.

  • Cancellations requested 24 hours or more before your scheduled event are eligible for a refund of all payments made minus a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable.

Weather Policy

Your comfort and safety are important to us.

If unfavorable weather is expected, we encourage you to reschedule your event rather than cancel. We are happy to move your reservation to another available date at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled event.
