  • Our experiences are designed for intimate gatherings of up to 8 guests.

  • We serve locations within a 50-mile radius of Anoka, MN (55303), including backyards, parks, beaches, and other approved outdoor locations.

  • Package durations vary:

    • Petite Experience: 2 hours

    • Signature Experience: 3 hours

    • Twilight Retreat: Overnight (seasonal start times)

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is automatically charged 3 days before your event.

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your event receive a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable.

  • If unfavorable weather is expected, we'll gladly reschedule your experience at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 24 hours before your event.

  • Absolutely! We offer optional enhancements such as fresh bouquet of flowers, rose petals, extra candles and more to make your celebration uniquely yours.

  • Yes! Our Twilight Retreat includes an overnight stay and is available exclusively at residential properties.

  • We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure the best availability, especially during weekends and peak seasons.

  • Food and beverages are not included. You're welcome to bring your own food and drinks.

  • To maintain the quality and elegance of every Lark Affairs experience, outside décor is not permitted.
